Shipping Information

Shipping and Handling

VILI orders are sent out with different couriers including Royal Mail, Yun Express, UPS, and DHL. We have multiple warehouse locations, so your order could come from our Asian or European facilities.

A tracking number from VILI is supplied within 48 hours after the order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive an email or text notification.

For most items, orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. We use this period for order verification, tailoring, quality checking, and packaging. You will be sent an automatic email with a tracking number. Tracking updates should start to appear after 3 days.

US Orders
We advise 7-14 days for orders. You can track your order via UPS.

UK Orders
We advise 7-12 days for delivery, but most orders arrive in 7 days. UK packages are delivered via Royal Mail. Due to the unprecedented delays caused by this pandemic, some parcels can take longer.

Canada, Ireland & Australia
We advise 7-14 days for delivery, but most orders arrive in 10 days. Deliveries can sometimes take longer due to the unprecedented delays caused by this pandemic.

Rest of World
We advise 10-21 days for delivery. Deliveries can sometimes take longer due to the unprecedented delays caused by this pandemic.

Unsuccessful Deliveries
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (VILI) at the customer's expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

In some cases, you could be notified that your parcel is "delivered" - when this actually means the order was successfully returned to our warehouse. Please coordinate with our customer support team via email (support@vili.co) if you think this might be the case.
